Pinshane is named a “highly cited researcher” by Clarivate Analytics for 2018. This list recognizes researchers who are authors on multiple highly cited papers that rank in the top 1% by citations for field and year in Web of Science. Only about 1 in 1000 researchers are named to this list each year, including eleven at UIUC. News article here.

Our research will be featured at the “Wonder Materials: Graphene and Beyond” exhibit at the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry! The exhibit showcases the breathtaking images of 2D materials taken by Pinshane and talks about the intersection of science and art in electron microscopy. The exhibit will debut July 23, 2016.
